In Athens today, April 14, 2003 at 3:00 p.m., the legal representatives of the Unions:
1. EGNATIA ROAD S.A. EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (SETEO)
2. DOMIKI KRITIS S.A. EMPLOYEES ' ASSOCIATION. (SEDC)
3. ASSOCIATION OF TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES OF GREECE (STYE)
4. ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYEES IN ATTIKO METRO (SEAM)
5. ASSOCIATION OF EMPLOYEES IN KTIMATOLOGIO S.A. (SEKT)
held a meeting at the offices of GSEE, 1 Voulgari street, with the aim of establishing the Federation of Technical Enterprises Employees' Associations of Greece (OSETE) according to the attached minutes of the General Assemblies of the above unions and unanimously decided the following:

A. Establishment of a secondary organization under the name of the Federation of Technical Enterprise Employees' Associations of Greece (O.S.E.T.E.) with headquarters in Athens and its purposes as stated in the attached statute
B. Voted and unanimously approved the statute which includes 36 articles.

C. They unanimously elected the following temporary fifteen-member Administration which they assigned to take care of the legalization of the Federation and to convene the first conference immediately after acquiring legal personality to elect an Administration and Audit Committee in accordance with the statute.
